    Payment: A 40% advance is required to confirm your booking. Payment options will be shared via WhatsApp.

    Camp Policy:

  • A valid ID proof of all guests is required at check-in.
  • Meal Timings: Guests are required to adhere to the meal times specified by the campsite. Meals will not be served outside of these designated hours.
  • As per government regulations, music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the campsite at all times.
  • Package Costs: The total package cost remains unchanged even if there is a reduction in the number of persons.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: There will be no discounts for late check-ins or early check-outs.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds will be provided if guests decide not to stay at the camp for personal reasons. We guarantee the same camp and package as described on our website. Please review all camp details carefully before booking (e.g., facilities, distance from parking, photographs, etc.).
  • Insurance & Liability: We do not offer any insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other incidents. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance. All baggage and personal property are at the guest risk.
  • Campsite Nature: The camps are basic in nature, so guests should not expect luxury facilities.
  • We do not provide transportation services. Guests must reach the activity spot on their own.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. The campsite does not take responsibility for any accidents or incidents involving children.
  • Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. The camp manager reserves the right to deny entry to anyone causing disturbance to other guests. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the stay.
